The gardens boast lush, verdant lawns and olive groves with trees over one hundred years old. The heated swimming pool is nestled directly in between, with a vast sun terrace. Ideal for a refreshing swim beneath the Italian sun, there are sun loungers ready for guests to dry off and soak up some sunshine.
The terrace faces The Grigna, specular mountains that make the ideal backdrop for unforgettable memories and events. With two gazebos to choose from, there is ample space to socialise with drinks, dine al fresco, or enjoy a barbecue under the stars.
Split across three floors, the villa has an elegant simplicity to its décor. The antique furnishings perfectly merge with contemporary amenities, to ensure luxury, style and comfort with character.
The ground floor features a well-equipped gym and a wine cellar, from which aficionados, can choose the perfect accompaniment to their evening meal. There is also the large parking garage, suitable for two cars.
