Availability
We check availability and confirm it by email, and your dates are held while payment is arranged.
Availability confirmations are issued on business days.
Payment is requested only once availability is confirmed.
Payment
Your invoice and payment schedule are issued with the confirmation, in line with your arrival date.
Amounts, dates, taxes and fees are shown at checkout before you send your request.
Confirmation and arrival
Your dates are reserved on the first payment, and the booking is confirmed once the full amount is received, in one payment or in instalments.
Arrival details, including the address and check-in arrangements, follow ahead of your stay.
Currency
Payments are made in your chosen currency.
The amount is fixed in that currency when you send your booking request.
