Turtle Breeze Villa

This exquisite property spans two acres of lush tropical gardens, bordering the tranquil Barkers National Park, and offers a unique micro-resort experience with unmatched privacy, no neighbors on either side, ensuring complete seclusion and peace throughout your stay.

The villa’s outdoor areas are truly spectacular. At the heart of the estate is an expansive pool deck featuring a sunken lounge, a swim-up bar, and a heated spa overlooking your private beach. Towering palms surround the pool area, a shaded veranda, and a charming tiki lounge perched over the water, providing sunny spots and cool shade.

Adjacent to the pool, an alfresco dining cabana offers a fully equipped summer kitchen with a propane grill, wet bar, and a spacious outdoor dining area. Whether you’re enjoying a starlit dinner or a casual beachside cookout, this setting creates the perfect atmosphere for memorable gatherings with friends and family.

For dining out, Ristorante Pappagallo, one of the island’s most beloved restaurants, is just a short two-minute walk away, situated on a natural saltwater lagoon with a bird sanctuary. You’ll also be a short drive from the fine dining options along Seven Mile Beach, an 18-hole golf course, and the island’s main shopping districts. Check the map for more details!

Beach lovers will enjoy the villa’s private stretch of shoreline, perfect for leisurely walks or snorkeling from the backyard. Adventure enthusiasts will ideally find Turtle Breeze near activities like land tours with ATV Cayman, kitesurfing with Kite Surf Cayman and horseback riding along the beach with Pampered Ponies. SCUBA divers will appreciate the proximity to Indigo Divers in West Bay, and families can explore the Cayman Turtle Center nearby.

Golf lovers will appreciate the estate’s private mini golf course, which features multiple tee boxes, sand traps, and a large putting green. Wedges, putters, and balls are all provided, setting the stage for friendly competitions against stunning scenery.

Turtle Breeze is spread across three distinct structures: a two-story, three-bedroom main villa, a detached one-bedroom pool house, a carriage suite above the garage, and a one-bedroom guesthouse with its den and kitchenette. Together, these accommodations comfortably host up to 14 guests, or a maximum of 12 adults, making this estate an ideal choice for large families or groups seeking a luxurious and private retreat.

Inside the main villa, the living spaces are thoughtfully placed on the upper level, providing elevated ocean views and direct access to a veranda balcony. The tiki bird-cage lounge is a standout feature, an inviting spot for sunset cocktails and late-night conversations. The upper level also includes a formal dining area, two media dens designed for adults and one for children, each with Smart TVs and streaming services, and a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and a butler’s pantry.
