Nestled in a central location in resort, the Christiania Residence is one of the top luxury ski residences in Zermatt. The building is composed of multiple luxury apartments of differing sizes, each offering a flexible layout, ideal to accommodate different group configurations, with the additional benefit of shared wellness facilities. Set on the top two floors of the residence, Christiania Penthouse can accommodate up to 14 guests across 538m² of elegant and modern spaces.

The expansive open-plan living area is the heart of the penthouse. With its floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors, the room is bathed in natural light during the day, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxing and socializing. Unwind with your favourite read on the plush sofas, or catch up with one another around the wood-burning fireplace. In the evening, head towards the elegant dining area, comfortably seating 18 guests or 26 with the extended table, making it ideal for larger gatherings. Nearby, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, offering a delightful spot to sip wine while the cooks of the group prepares delicious dishes. Step out onto the large sun-drenched balcony, where the Matterhorn stands majestically in the distance, providing an unforgettable backdrop for alfresco apéritifs.

For your post-ski relaxation, Christiania Penthouse offers a private sauna to soothe aching muscles after a day on the slopes. While, for entertainment options, a private TV lounge located just off the main living space is perfect for unwinding with your favourite film.

Set across two beautifully designed floors, Christiania Penthouse can sleep up to 14 guests over seven spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully created to maximize comfort and style. The master bedroom particularly stands out, offering breathtaking Matterhorn views from its private balcony. With its own wood-burning fireplace, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe, this suite ensures a truly luxurious experience. For extra flexibility, all rooms can be configured either as doubles or twins, making the apartment ideal for large families, groups of friends, or corporate retreats.

For extra convenience, the apartment also includes laundry facilities and an elevator within the building which directly opens into the apartment. Guests staying at Christiania Penthouse can also benefit from a wide range of shared facilities, such as a gym, perfect for those wishing to keep up with their workout, and a massage treatment room, ideal for relaxing after a long day on the snow. A shared ski room with boot warmers is also available to assure that guests are fully ready for their next day of skiing activities.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 14 guests and is offered with full staff services including a professional chef, hosting/housekeeper team, and in-resort electro-taxi on arrival & departure. Food and drink is to be charged in addition.
