Nestled in a central location in resort, the Christiania Residence is one of the top luxury ski residences in Zermatt. The building is composed of multiple luxury apartments of differing sizes, each offering a flexible layout, ideal to accommodate different group configurations, with the additional benefit of shared wellness facilities. Set on the second floor of the residence, Christiania Apartment 7 is an expansive and stylish accommodation that seamlessly blends comfort with elegance. Spreading across 340m², the apartment offers ample space for up to 12 guests.

As you step inside, you will be greeted by two separate open-plan living areas with fireplaces. One of these spaces is set up as a comfortable lounge area, with stylish contemporary seating to relax upon before the fireplace. The other has a long dining table for all 12 guests to enjoy mealtimes together as a group. Both spaces also benefit from smart modern kitchens. Whether you're enjoying a glass of champagne with friends or watching a favourite movie, these cosy spaces are ideal for relaxation. Both areas feature floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open onto balconies, offering either breathtaking views of the Matterhorn or a perfect backdrop for enjoying an evening apéritif.

Christiania Apartment 7 can sleep up to 12 guests across six well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring either private or shared en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have been designed with relaxation in mind, featuring plush furnishings and soft tones. Three of them open onto beautiful balconies that provide spectacular views of Zermatt's stunning snowy landscape. To meet different groups needs, all rooms can be organised as either doubles or twins.

For extra convenience, the apartment also includes laundry facilities. Guests staying at Apartment Christiania 7 can also benefit from a wide range of shared facilities, such as a gym, perfect for those wishing to keep up with their workout, and a massage treatment room, ideal for relaxing after a long day on the snow. A shared ski room with boot warmers is also available to assure that guests are fully ready for their next day of skiing activities.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 12 guests and is offered with full staff services including a professional chef, hosting/housekeeper team, and in-resort electro-taxi on arrival & departure. Food and drink is to be charged in addition.

The apartment is also available on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping, mid-week towel change, and in-resort electro-taxi on arrival & departure.
