This property is available to rent as a five-bedroom villa or a nine-bedroom villa depending on the level of occupancy.
The villa benefits from a centralized air conditioning system with individual controls in each division; a surround sound system; a gymnasium; steam room; cinema and games room with pool table and bar; wireless internet connection and both cable and free view satellite channels. The villa is around 1000 square meters in size.
Accommodation details: The garden level right wing consists of the entrance; the spacious living area with a very large flat screen TV and distinctive high ceiling with wooden beams; the dining area with seating for 12 persons; the fully equipped kitchen with separate breakfast area; guest cloakroom and bedroom no.1 with access to the living areas and pool terrace through large doors that are suitable for a wheelchair. Bedroom no.1 also has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower suitable for a wheelchair too.
The garden level left wing houses bedrooms 2 to 4 and master bedroom no.5. Bedrooms 2 to 4 have double beds, walk-in wardrobes and en suite bathrooms. The air conditioning for cooling and heating is commanded by individual remotes in each division.
Downstairs:?this level gets plenty of natural light from the windows due to the specific way that the villa was built and designed. There is a large cinema room with pool table and bar; a gym with 3 pieces of equipment; a steam room next to a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with tumble dryer and washing machines.
On the left wing of the lower level there are 3 further bedrooms 2 with double beds and the other with twin beds, all with wardrobes. These 3 bedrooms share a large bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk in shower with a shower on each side, suitable for two adults. There is also the nearby shower room next to the steam room. On the right wing of the lower level there is another bedroom with twin beds, suitable perhaps for staff or for a nanny, with a full bathroom and area with table and chairs. Once again there are air conditioning split units in each division.
Outside, the swimming pool measures 12 meters x 6 meters and has an overflow facing the golf course. There is a gas BBQ. Maid service is 5 days per week except on Weekends and Bank holidays.
Clients booking the 5 bedrooms rate have access to all of the 5 garden level bedrooms, plus the facilities on the lower level, namely the gym, games/ cinema room, laundry and the steam room and shower room.
