## About Villa Musica

Perched in the hills above Falmouth Harbour, Villa Musica is a sanctuary where creative heritage meets contemporary living. Recently remodeled with a focus on "open-air living," the villa captures the essence of the island, from the cooling eastern tradewinds to the legendary golden sunsets over the Caribbean Sea. The interior is a curated blend of warmth and personality, featuring bespoke artwork and thoughtfully designed nooks, including a tranquil library and a dedicated snug for quiet afternoons. The heart of the home is its expansive terrace. Here, you’ll find a stunning sunken lounge area, a wood-fired pizza oven for evening feasts, and an infinity pool that seems to merge with the azure waters of the harbor below. For those seeking a wellness-focused escape, the lower level reveals a private gym and sauna, while the bedroom layout, split between the main house and two charming cottages, provides an ideal balance of togetherness and privacy for multi-generational families. While the villa feels like a secluded hilltop haven, you are perfectly placed to soak up Antigua’s vibrant culture. The historic charm of Nelson’s Dockyard and the white sands of Pigeon Point Beach are just a short distance away. As evening falls, the rhythmic pulse of Shirley Heights beckons nearby, though you may find it just as tempting to stay home, fire up the built in Sonos system, and enjoy a cocktail as the harbor shine from below.
