## About Villa Jolly

Set directly on the waterfront in Antigua’s sought-after Jolly Harbour, Villa Jolly is a stylish Caribbean retreat where relaxed marina living is paired with contemporary comfort. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the villa is surrounded by tropical landscaping and centred around an expansive waterfront deck, where a private swimming pool, direct dock access and generous lounging spaces are provided. Long afternoons can be spent beside the pool, while a cooling misting system offers welcome relief on warmer days. Sunset drinks and leisurely dinners are easily enjoyed around the 10-seat outdoor dining table, with an outdoor television and BBQ grill adding to the setting. Inside, vaulted ceilings, Caribbean blue accents and sweeping waterfront views create a bright, coastal feel. Full air conditioning, Sonos audio, smart lighting and integrated home technology are provided throughout, while the gourmet kitchen is finished with marble countertops, a premium WOLF range and wine chiller. Two beautifully appointed bedrooms are complemented by a flexible office space with a pullout sofa, allowing Villa Jolly to sleep up to six guests. The waterfront primary suite is furnished with a king bed and benefits from an ensuite bathroom and direct terrace access, while two full bathrooms provide added convenience. A marble dining table for eight, high-speed Wi-Fi, automatic generator, washer and dryer, beach and pool towels, and pool floats are also provided. A golf cart makes exploring Jolly Harbour effortless, with its white-sand beach, restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarket and marina services all close at hand. Tennis, pickleball, swimming, Technogym facilities and a Pilates reformer studio are available within the community. For days spent further afield, the owners’ premium 2026 Grady-White Canyon 326 may also be available for private charter, opening up Antigua’s coastline for island-hopping, fishing and snorkelling adventures.
