## About Chalet Altara

Located in the exclusive Le Hameau development and majestically positioned on the banks of a small lake, this luxury ski chalet in Verbier offers an exceptional setting in the heart of the Swiss Alps, just a 4‑minute drive from the shops and restaurants in the centre of Verbier. With direct ski‑in access, the chalet provides convenient access to Verbier’s renowned slopes while enjoying beautiful lake and mountain views. The standout features of this property include a wellness area with an indoor pool, a sauna, two hammams, an indoor hot tub, a massage room and a fully equipped gym. This impressive alpine home combines generous living spaces with a sophisticated wellness environment. Floor‑to‑ceiling windows flood the spa area with natural light and frame the surrounding scenery, while fireplaces create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the chalet’s principal living areas. The wellness space is particularly striking, featuring a dramatic water wall, a soothing fountain and elegant Japanese stepping stones that appear to float above the pool. Its centrepiece is the first indoor pool in Switzerland to feature Sicis’ patented integrated lighting system, creating dramatic backlighting and a unique ambience while swimming. Arranged across three floors, the chalet offers extensive accommodation and multiple spaces for entertaining and relaxation. The ground floor comprises a dining room, kitchen, living area with fireplace and pull‑down projector screen, a reading corner, a laundry room, and two beautifully appointed en‑suite bedrooms, one of which is a master suite. The extensive indoor wellness facilities are also located on this floor and include the indoor pool, indoor hot tub, Finnish sauna with red‑light therapy, hammam with shower, fully equipped gym and dedicated massage room. The first floor, which serves as the entrance level, offers a further living room with fireplace and terrace access, as well as a dining area, a kitchen, a guest WC, a study, and two comfortable en‑suite bedrooms. The top floor includes an additional living area with fireplace and TV, a master bedroom, two further en‑suite bedrooms, and a second hammam. Outside, the chalet offers several terraces and an exceptional lakeside setting, with breathtaking views across the surrounding mountains and direct ski‑in access from the Carrefour/Les Esserts side.
