The uppermost of Chalech 4's three floors is where you'll find its stunning living area. With an open-plan concept that maximises the sense of space, you'll find the lounge, dining area, and kitchen of the property. Homely furnishings, including comforting sofas and armchairs, sit beside a wood-burning stove that fosters a cosy ambiance to your evenings in. With banquette seating and soft, fluffy throws, the dining area is a convivial space for your mealtimes. In contrast to the wood-lined, alpine style of the rest of the living space, the kitchen is chic and modern, and comes well-equipped with everything you could need, whether enjoying a catered luxury ski holiday or for whipping up your own home-cooked delicacies. From the lounge, guests of Chalech 4 have access to a balcony, where you can escape for some refreshing alpine air and admire the pretty, picturesque views across the resort of Lech. On its ground floor, Chalech 4 boasts a quaint spa area with wellness features to help you unwind after a day of skiing in the Arlberg. Alongside a wellness shower to help you cool off, you can enjoy the revitalising effects of both a Hammam and sauna, helping you ease any tired muscles once returned from the slopes. In addition to the wellness space, the ground floor also houses a comfortable TV lounge, perfect for those wanting to enjoy a quiet night in. Chalech 4 houses five double bedrooms and a quad bunk room, providing space for groups of 10-14 guests. The bedrooms are contemporary alpine in style, with wooden accents and soft lighting complementing the modern, sumptuous beds and refined decor. A master bedroom with a freestanding bathtub is situated on the top floor, while all other bedrooms come with en-suite bath or shower facilities. The quad bunk bedroom on the lower floor is a brilliant option for any families with younger children. In addition to the private wellness area of the chalet, guests of Chalech 4 also have access to the shared facilities of the Chalech development. A calming relaxation area is accompanied by an indoor swimming pool, perfect for some relaxed post-ski laps. Alternately, take advantage of the gym facilities to keep in top condition for the slopes. The chalet features an internal elevator, alongside four parking spaces, two in a garage and two outdoors. There is also access to a shared ski room with private lockers and boot warmers. For larger groups, Chalech 4 can be booked with any of the other properties within the residence, Chalech S, Chalech L, Chalech M, or Chalech 3. Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and is offered with full staff services including a professional chef, hosting/housekeeper team, and in-resort shuttle service. Food and drink is to be charged in addition. A catered service upgrade is available for an extra cost, to include a dedicated in-resort driver service and 2 days of ski instruction; please enquire. The chalet is also available on a self catered basis with daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change. When taken on a self catered basis, the chalet also includes a shared shuttle service.
