Set close to the marina and alongside the third hole of a nine-hole golf course, the villa offers a peaceful setting within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and a range of water activities. The villa is built around a natural cenote with a freshwater system running beneath the property, creating a unique centrepiece for the home. Inside, guests have two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable spaces for relaxing together. The five bedrooms are arranged across two floors, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the upper level. Outdoor living is a major part of Casa Cenote. The grounds feature a private swimming pool, garden, fire pit and several areas for lounging in the sun or shade. On the rooftop, guests can enjoy a Jacuzzi, bar and dining area with views across the marina and surrounding jungle. A palapa-covered area provides additional space for relaxing, yoga, meditation or arranged spa services. The location makes it easy to explore Puerto Aventuras without travelling far. Restaurants and bars are a five-minute walk away, while the grocery store, golf course and tennis courts are around a 10-minute walk. The beach can be reached in approximately 15 minutes on foot, with Playa del Carmen and Tulum also accessible for day trips.
